ABOUT 6 WEEKS!

For round about 6 weeks now i have not trained.life with school,working, and weather have dramaticly efected my training.How ever i have not stopped any training alltogeather.i go boxing every monday which has realy good conditioning sessions.
and to start new year i am starting to take much better care of my body.like eating for starters.i am stopping alot of junk food , chocolate and other shit due to the fact i feel like shhit when i think about what i am doing to my self and my skin ect..
i also need to get my self back to where i should be.
the date is friday 4/1/8.my aim is to update my blog on the 4th of feb .
to see how much i have changed.
i shall give a bit of info on what i am like now and see if my wieght changes because i need to eat alot more aswell hope fully i will gain wieght as i put on a tiny bit of muscle.
info:
wieght:8 stone
skin:shit(spots)
how i feel:enoyed with my self.

hope fully in a months time a shall:

-have put on a bit of wieght.
-my skin should clear up.
-i should feel better with myself mentally and phsicly.
-get back on track with my training.
-become overal better.

A BLOODY LOT TO DO IN A MONTH!

i would apriciate if any one could give me any hints .tips ,any sort of help in any way or just to say what youy views on this task by posting a comment on this post.
