finnaly a month has passed =].
i am pleased to say i feel alot better with myself.i have eaten no chocolate what so ever since the 4th of jan which i found exstreemly hard to do.in a result to this my skin has clered up, not tremendously but it is certainly clearer.one out of 5 so far.
i also wanted to put on a bit of wieght.this i have unfortunately failed my weight now is 7.8 stone so therefore i have lost wieght =[. my 3rd goal was to feel better with myself mentally and physicly which i can say i do.i look more toned and feel that i am trying hard to improove my self .this makes me feel better with the both.2 out of 5 so far.my most important goal was to get back on training.this i have not succeeded with =[.however i have not lost any strengh if any thing have got stronger but my movement training is slowly fading must get back on track.my 5th and final goal was to feel oveall better which i can happily say i do.this is because i have stopped chocolate for a month and look better in my face and more tonned in muscle.
but i am a little enoyed that i have not trained movement properly for a barstard 10 weeks now.but still have lots of time do get back on track.
so from now the 4th of feb i am setting my life on training to get back to the level i should be on movement . like before i shall be posting again on the 4th of march to fill you and myself in on how i got on . BUT FOR NOW PEACE AND LOVE =].X
