this list i try and do every night;
monday:core exercises, push ups, sit ups, pull ups and stretch.i think stretching is realy important so if i do not complete the conditioning i allways make sure i stretch.
tuesday:leg exercises, hand stand to planch and again after a pause back up to hand stand, stretch.
Wensday: go for a run (im not as fit as i should be), and stretch.
thursday: i monkey around up stairs and round the houseburpees(lol) and l lifts on push up bar, stretch.
friday:push ups, core exercises, hand stand + planch, leg exercises, stretch
Saterday: practice muscle ups, stay in planch, lower back exercices, stretch
Sunday:ice knees and stretch.
I also have the odd ice bath now and then. When im at home doing nothing i always try to remember to do any thing for my training, i am lucky to have a forest right near me so i climb and monkey round the woods also training on body drops and other movements you can do on a tree.
